Is now a good time to sell sealed Modulars?

With a few Modulars rumored to retire this year, I'm wondering if sealed Café Corner / Green Grocer prices have peaked or still have room to run. Holding three sealed — sell now or sit tight?

I'd sit tight until the retirement is official — prices usually jump again the week it leaves shelves.

Watch the exchange rate on the secondary market too — a strong dollar has been softening EU sealed prices lately.

Depends on storage risk too — sealed boxes degrade. If pristine, holding is fine; if shelf-worn, sell into the hype.
